Anna is a communication strategist and marketer with over 20 years of experience in creating and directing award-winning projects for consumer brands and for the tourism industry. She specializes in Culinary Tourism and Sustainable Tourism.
Anna started her career in marketing working for top food and beverage companies like Coca-Cola and Nestle, then for the next 15 years, she’s been gaining experience in the culinary industry as Head of Brand Communication for Bosch, Siemens, and Gaggenau. She has cooperated with worldwide renowned star chefs, influencers, and gastronomy stakeholders, organized cooking events, live cooking shows, fine dining festivals, and culinary study tours.
Since 2010 she has also worked extensively in the tourism industry – started as an experiential travel tour operator creating tailor-made holidays and unique itineraries focused on culinary heritage, then moved to independent tourism consultancy and auditing helping destinations and luxury hotels attract visitors. She promotes sustainable tourism, creating strategies with a focus on communities’ well-being, sustainability, women empowerment, and social inclusion, committed to protecting cultural and culinary heritage. Anna has organized numerous wine and food tours, which allowed her to build extensive contacts in the travel trade among top DMCs, hotel brands, and Tourist Boards.
She is the Ambassador and Strategist of Planet Happiness NGO, partner of ESP Culinary Consulting, a member of Millennium Consulting, and cooperates with TEAM Consulting.
Anna has a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management (SGH), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Studies at the University of Psychology and Human Sciences in Warsaw (SWPS). Speaks English, German, Spanish, Russian, and Polish. She holds a WSET certificate from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Cooperates with Michelin Star chefs and Gault & Millau organisation.
Anna is also a passionate culinary travel journalist and wine columnist publishing engaging stories in National Geographic Traveller, Business Traveller, Connoisseur Circle, and Food & Friends magazine.
